I found the tone exciting and had me smiling as I navigated the site |
Tarek, the shining uniqueness of you is not emphasized enough...I think. Your uniqueness is written as "unique movement and functional therapy clinic that synergizes modern manual and body work techniques, chiropractic methods, nutraceuticals, and acupuncture." but not in so catchy way. This is the most important sentence. Chiro, Rehab, Training, Physio...are everywhere. People are looking for something complete and combined with Asian and Western medicines....you have all. I have some comments on the movie and phone you have selected for this website. I will send it through email or WhatsApp :) |
Too busy for me. None of the links worked. Couldn't exit the video. The 3 images in middle with fix my pain were too much. I like the video in background but the images didn't work super imposed. Maybe move them to side- just green buttons. You can keep fix my pain i middle. Get rid of first part:(We carefully created our brand because we are) KEEP: A unique movement and functional therapy clinic that synergizes modern manual and body work techniques, chiropractic methods, nutraceuticals, and acupuncture. Maybe even on first page. we see Kinetix 3 times upper left bottom right and center. Maybe the WATCH OUT FOR TYPO- This is also a good line: MINIMUM EFFECIVE DOSE: the least amount of effort for the maximum amount of healing. |
Get the fix my pain at the top of the page Go visit other sites in the telemedicine field such as hims.com and keeps.com Get the questionnaire at the top of the page to asks 3 simple questions You will lose people if they have to scroll down to the second half of the page which is called below the fold |
Love the concept: I would totally buy a lower back pain package when it’s available. Here are a few feedback points I would like to share. - less words overall, shorter texts more visuals. - mind the repetitions in the text - video: when explaining the treatment steps in the package, try to have more structure. For ex. This packages includes 4 steps to better neck control: 1- blabla bla 2- bla-bla-bla. At some point when u were explaining those steps I felt confused because they were listed as we do this then this then this.. it felt complicated to me (being a patient with zero experience) - focus more on the fact that it’s an easy self treatment. Use more focus on: “to be done at the comfort at the comfort of your home” or “with zero equipment needed” etc etc I hope this can help. |
I'm not a big fan of the black and green color palatte nor am I a fan of the font. It feels pretty corporate to be honest. I think a white background and a non green color palatte matched with a cleaner, hipper font would be a big upgrade |
I know it's only a beta, but there are grammar and spelling issues that detract from the experience for me. |
I wanted to know more about the background of the doctors. You hear various positions on the effectiveness of chiropractors. I also want to make sure that this firm had people who kinesiology degrees. The credentials mean a lot to me in this space. Especially if their goal is to fix pain within my body. |
It's not immediately clear what the company is or does on the homepage |
For a fast paced world or one that has us in lockdown this kind of self care at the click of a mouse is something I consider to be ideal. Especially a curriculum that is NOT via YouTube. This is a portal I can trust because I know the place and the players. |
From a visual standpoint, I thought it needed more contrast. Also , names of clients are repeated several times. |
I found a typo: The 1st paragraph at the end of Clinically Proven Treatments is missing punctuation. In the paragraph that reads "We carefully created our brand" sounds too wordy. "We are" and then describing what the brand is from there sounds better and to the point. |
Home Page Feedback: 1. I love the black & white video playing in the background with the color scheme. Very relaxing to the eye. 2. The Kinetix365 logo at the bottom right of the page gets drowned out since it is black and white just like the background video. 3. On the “minimum effective dose” page. There is a spelling error on the word effective. 4. I do like that the “fix my pain” button is right there on the 1st home page to easily get to. Fix My Pain Feedback: 1. Thought the questions were very quick and straightforward – no confusion Video Feedback: 1. Thought the transition from the pain questions to the video was fantastic! 2. On the video itself I had to turn the volume on. Maybe could change that to where the sound is automatic 3. Thought the video was informative and quick. Voice was clear and good volume. |
For some reasons, I could hear any audio in the video, however my speakers were on (I watched it from my Desktop) |
The video reel in the background is engaging and compelling. The B&W photos of Tarek are too dark and uncontrasted. The "Fix My Pain" button on the bottom doesn't link properly and also seems superfluous without any copy for context. The grey bubble/background for the social buttons is unnecessary. The "Meet the Community" copy repeats across customers and doesn't seem tailored to K365 clients. Overall, the copy on this page is all over the place |
Fantastic idea! |
The colored font with black background would not be my first choice. I found it difficult to read at times. The aesthetic of the site is nice and above average compared to most sites. However, it would not be my first pick. The first page with the three topics above "fix my pain" was a bit confusing. I initially wanted to click on them as I thought that there might've been supplements for sale. It took me a second to realize that I should be clicking on "fix my pain". Other than that, the site looks great and I think it's simple enough for the average consumer. |
Great site, especially when you build out the individual areas of pain in the same way you've built a plan for the neck pain. Clients feel in control, can do from their own home, and don't need a lot of equipment/tools to succeed. Love it Tarek! |
Seemed more masculine than I would like. If someone is telling me they are going to heal my pain I want to feel nurtured more, less bouncing arrows regarding money. But VERY easy to understand :) |
Might want see the bios without a new link so just below your photos no additional effort. Maybe something else about why your technique is so effective it's clean and easy to read which I like |

different parts of body hurt at different times- or I'd like to just be able to pay a bit more for each and but the ones I need! |
Video chat...builds confidence, creates value, would pay more on a monthly subscription or one time if had virtual chat access |
See email sent to Tarek please. |
If I had a certain number or value of treatments I could gift to my friends....what if I don't need any help but I'm paying anyway, it would be cool to offer a couple of gift codes to friends as part of my subscription. Maybe even more just being able to share unique discount codes. I would also want to be reminded, encouraged / shamed into making sure I use what I am paying for! |
ADD TIMELY HEALTH TIPS - COVID-19 TIPS ARE AN OBVIOUS ONE, BUT WORK IN SEASONAL TIPS FOR INDOOR & OUTDOOR TRAINING, NUTRITION/DIETARY TIPS AROUND HOLIDAYS AND TO CONTINUE PRACTICING YEAR-ROUND... ALSO, SUGGESTIONS FOR LOCATIONS TO PRACTICE EXERCISE(S) ASIDE FROM HOME...MAYBE INCLUDE WHAT'S HAPPENING AROUND THE WORLD ALONG WITH NEWS IN THE WORLD OF HEALTH AND EXERCISE? |
Interactive coaching sessions. |
More assurance that the treatment will meaningfully progress from month to month, so it can adapt as I get stronger/feel better |
Fresh content and links or access to buying the tools used in the videos directly off site. Ease of use would be key for me. |
Overall – there is something I do not like about an all white background, that could just be more of a personal preference thing aesthetic wise. I love the overall steps stated in how you would get relief from ‘neck mechanical pain’ - but maybe a quick description in the beginning on why it is mechanical neck pain in the first place. 1. Fundamentals video – Voice was clear. Understood what was going on in the video and why it was being done. 2. Supplements video – stumbled over your words a little bit in the beginning. Informative & concise. 3. Week 1 Explainer video - 1st part of video I could hear wind or humming in the background, not distracting but noticeable. I like the ‘tips’ or the most common mistakes a person can do while doing the exercises - really nice to incorporate those. When explaining the releasing from the base of neck to mid shoulder blade, it would be nice if you could show the actual movement instead of just explaining it. |
I have no use for it, and am already up to my eyeballs in subscriptions I likely don't need, so I don't see the appeal changing. As there's no space for general comment in this survey, I want to say here that there should be more grey tones in the video section of the treatment pack for better visual alignment when you move between that and the pack overview. The thumbnails need to be replaced, and I don't believe they should be stills of the videos. I like that I can see my progress on all pages as I travel through the videos. The vimeo names of the videos are weird. Also, there are typos throughout the copy. |
Maybe limited email or phone access with questions or concerns? |
I experience pain/injuries occasionally and I tend to address my postural issues only when the pain affects my daily activities. I know I should exercise regularly to prevent injuries, but I haven’t been able to motivate myself to do it. I would definitely purchase video treatments as needed. I’m not sure I would benefit from a subscription if I can’t get myself to use it regularly. I think that video treatments is a fantastic idea. I work at home, take care of the house, cooking, etc, and I don’t have much free time. Even if I tell myself often that I should go to see Tarek, I can’t get myself to actually do it, unless I get injured. This may be perfect for me. |
I personally like 1 on 1 custom and personalized feedback. I don't like quick fixes or temporary relief. If I needed any of this type of content, I would use free sites such as youtube or any other free internet sources. I would rather pay more money to meet in person or if this isn't possible, consult with someone over the phone or through email, facetime etc. I find that my problems are too specific or complex to be fully be resolved without 1 on 1 sessions. That being said, I think the site is good and it serves its purpose. I probably would only spend 10 - 20 a month if anything but I could see someone else spending more. |
Progressive improvement techniques, short videos, short daily time commitment |
I love the idea of excersises. I would focus on that more in the first paragraph. When I hear you want me to change my breathing and posture that sounds overwhelming as something I have to do all the time. Also I know fixing my posture would fix my back. I've tried and failed for 24 years but exercises sound fun :) |
